Computer and ipod touch help please ?

okay my brother unplugged the computer so everything is gone off my lime wire and itunes and then he told everyone my pword so i changed it and forgot it and then it says : ipod disabled please connect to itunes, how do i delete all my songs off my ipod and then also how do i reconnect my ipod it doesn't even let me on it if i missed any thing important then email me at Naomi_Rox_Roxy@hotmail.com thx Naomi .....??? !!!!
