Did the interview go well or what, did i really get a job.?

i went for a job interview at a nursery home i had applied for dietary. The guy seamed really nice and he seamed like if he was interested. before i went he told me that he was full staff but i guess people were going to be leaving the job soon to go to college. and at the end of the interview he gave me things i should start getn ready like vaccines and stuff like that and told me that he would call me in 2 weeks nd if i hadn't heard from him to call him..is that a good sign, i really need a Job
