How do you interpret multiple planets in the same house?
When you have multiple planets in the same house, the one that is closest to the cusp is the STRONGEST one followed by the ruler of that house and how is is aspected. Generally, the depositor of that house has the final say as to how the outcome of that energy. Scorpio makes Pluto the chief depositor of that house. How is is placed (dignified or not) will give you the outcome (positive or negative, good or bad) of your 6th house matters. Basically, Mars shows that you will put a lot of effort on 6th house matters where work and HEALTH is concerned. Ur will add eccentricity and show you where you tend to rebel against and Saturn will indicate where you need to be responsible and where you need to learn the lessons. When you tabulate all that, the strongest and most active planet will have the last say BUT, you need to look at where PLUTO is placed by house and how it is aspected as HE will decide how everything turns out.
