I cant handle this anymore, tight feeling in my chest & shortness of breath due to bronchitis?

I have bronchitis & i cant even breathe properly.. the back of my throat feels soo tight & its hard to breathe, i dont have athma, & its the first time ive caught bronchitis, i got it off my brother, im on anti-biotics but how what do i do about my breathing?
