Is it true that if u have milk but u have never gotten pregnant dat dat is the rason why i cant concieve

i have milk n i have never gotten pregnant or i think i once had a miscarraige now i am trying to and i cant and 1 doctor tells me that its becouse of the milk any1 kno if this is tru and what can i do is it tru that getiing on birthcontrol for a couple months would help
