My rat ate birth cont role...will she be ok?

my rat ate birth Control pills...5 to be exact it been at most 26 hours or so and she seems ok.. took her to the vet they said it was to late to give her Charcoal and she seems fine.... but im worried still Little on how to know if she is going to be ok... would she have already died or had effect? help me out plz!
