When will the Syrian Government finally be put on trial for its crimes against humanity?

It would be nice for trade and travel that Syria's borders were not used primarily to kill fellow Muslims in Iraq and Syria was a genuine trade partner with Israel. When will Syria become an honorable and civilized nation?
