Does anyone out there Personally know Veronica Hamel from the t.v.show Hill Street Blues?

Veronica seems to only exist on the screen. She has no family, no friends. There are no candid pictures of her. only studio released photos. Is she real? does anyone really know her? I'll bet not......Hummm?
