How to get rid of a pimple OVERNIGHT? (with home remedies)?

I have tried EVERYTHING. Toothpaste, basil treatments, honey, crushed garlic, acne gel, toothpaste, proactive refining mask etc. Is there anything (from your experience) that works on really tough to get rid of pimples???
