New Hp laptop....webcam questins???

when i was looking through the HP computer set up in store before i got it, it had something like photobooth in macs for its webcam. it could stretch faces and change the background different ways and deform faces. like photobooth in macs... now i cant find it anywhere on my computer even though it was the same one as the tester in future shop. how can i find this file? ive been looking for it but i cant find it anywhere. is it something i would have to buy? anyone elsehave a HP laptop that has this?
